Launch Buttons is a MIDI controller designed specifically for use with Ableton Live, offering users the ability to control their tracks and lighting setups with ease. With this app, there is no need to transport expensive equipment when performing; your phone or tablet is all you require. The accompanying MIDI Remote Script, available on the website, is created for seamless integration with Ableton Live. The script, inspired by Henri David's Launchpad Pro95, incorporates various functions of Ableton Push such as the step sequencer and scale mode onto the Launchpad Pro, and consequently, this app.

The Plus version enhances the user experience with additional colors, 16 extra function buttons, and 16 customizable knobs. Moreover, the Apple Watch extension grants access to a subset of Buttons' features - including control over 3x3 clip launchers, 3 scene launchers, and 4 arrow keys for effortless clip navigation. It also provides visibility of some step sequencing buttons, ideal for dynamic live performances.
